Information about the construction work

On this page we share information from Akademiska Hus about the construction work in the near future.

Working hours 07:00-23:00
The project has permission to carry out weekend work, but this is only used when necessary.

Planned works during the period

The project is now entering a new phase, as we can finally begin to see real progress. In week 39, the prefabrication work will commence with the installation of pre-cast concrete inner walls. By the end of the year, we expect the entire building to be assembled, and at the beginning of next year, the façade panels will be installed.

Week 36 (1–5 September):

Casting of an exterior wall near the tree and Building E. (disturbance level: medium)
Prefabrication work with the inner wall panels. (disturbance level: medium)
Backfilling between the basement walls and the sheet piling. (disturbance level: medium)

Week 37 (8–12 September):
