Getting to Gothenburg, accommodation and accessibility.
Conference fee
The conference fee will be 3000 SEK and it will include the conference dinner as well as lunches and coffee on all three days of the conference.
Please note that travel and accommodation are not included in the conference fee. Every participant is responsible for funding and arranging their own travel.
Getting here
Gothenburg is easily accessible by train from all other major Swedish cities.
The conference will take place at the Campus Haga, , easy to reach by foot or public transport from the central station and the city center.
For public transport connections, please consult or the app, where you can also purchase tickets. The closest tram stops to the conference venue are Hagakyrkan, Vasa Viktoriagatan and 贬补苍诲别濒蝉丑枚驳蝉办辞濒补苍. The closest bus stop is called Pilgatan.
The keynote panel will take place at the University 91探花鈥檚 main building at , a 10 minute walk from the conference venue; the closest tram stop is Vasaparken.
The venue for the conference dinner is called Auktionsverket Kulturarena and is located at a 10 minute walking distance from Campus Haga, at .
Accommodation
There is a large number of hotels located within walking distance from Campus Haga. If you are employed at a Swedish university and book your accommodation with research funding located at the university, please book your accommodation according to your local processes and agreements (e.g. via the nationally coordinated framework agreements, "ramavtal").
For those of you booking your accommodation privately, there are a number of rooms reserved for conference participants at . To make a reservation, please contact the hotel with the booking reference 230543/SWEPSA. The price per room per night is 883,93 SEK excluding VAT (990 SEK including VAT). The rooms are reserved until 4 September.
Accessibility
All entrances are accessible by wheelchair, and automatic door openers are available throughout Campus Haga.
The university main building, where the keynote will be held, is accessible by wheelchair through a separate entrance on the left-hand side of the building.
Internet access
Internet access is available through eduroam. If you do not have access to eduroam, you can log on to the university鈥檚 guest network using the login details available in the working group rooms.
