I am a PhD researcher in marine biogeochemistry, with a strong interest in how coastal pollution affects marine nitrogen cycling. My current research focuses on seafloor biogeochemical processes and their roles in climate and ecosystem feedbacks. In particular, I investigate the impacts of coastal eutrophication and ocean deoxygenation on sediment nutrient dynamics and nitrous oxide budget. I take a multidisciplinary approach, combining incubation experiments, stable isotope techniques, and molecular microbiology to address research questions.
